This is an appeal by Felmont Oil Company and the Insurance Company of North America (Petitioners) from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the referees order which directed Petitioners to furnish Andrew H. Furman (Claimant) with institutionalized custodial care. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
