MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

NEAHER, District Judge.

This is an action by William Hodges & Co., Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, against Sterwood Corporation, a New York corporation, for alleged infringement of United States Design Patent No. 209159 issued November 7, 1967 to Sol Kessilman, Hyman B. Penn and Milton Kravitz for a period of fourteen years (hereinafter “Hodges patent”).
