Relators, Vossdale Townhouse Association, Inc.; John B. Baird, as President of the Vossdale Townhouse Association, Inc., and Individually; and Pauletta Gwen Holley Gilbert, as Secretary of the Vossdale Townhouse Association, Inc., and Individually, filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this Court.
