Carl Jennette appeals from the December 17, 2001 judgment of conviction and sentence entered in the United States Dis trict Court for the District of Vermont (William K. Sessions III, Judge) principally committing Jennette to imprisonment for 77 months pursuant to his plea of guilty to a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) (robbery of a federally insured bank).
