SOTOMAYOR, Circuit Judge:

Julio Amezquito Acevedo appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence entered on October 26, 1999 by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Jones, J.). Acevedo pled guilty to one count of illegally reen tering the United States after being deported from the country following a conviction for an aggravated felony in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a), (b)(2).
