for the Court:
¶ 1. Fredrick Russell appeals the judgment of the Wayne County Circuit Court denying his motion for post-conviction relief. On appeal, Russell raises two issues: (1) the record does not support the denial of the motion to vacate the trial court’s denial of post-conviction relief, and (2) his guilty plea was not voluntarily and intelligently entered because he received ineffective assistance of. counsel. Finding no error, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
