We are considering an appeal from a money judgment based upon the verdict of a jury rendered in an action ex contractu. The appellant in its Brief, page 2, presents to us the foliowing questions for decision:

1. Whether there was sufficient evidence to warrant a submission to the jury of the issue of whether the plaintiff was the procuring cause of the lease, so as to entitle him to a commission.
