Reynolds Electrical and Engineering Co. (Reeco) seeks Summary Judgment (# 168) on its Second Amended Cross-Claim (# 154) against Cross-Defendant USG Interiors (Interiors). Interiors received two extensions of time to file an Opposition with the last extension making the Opposition due on October 9, 1989.
