Plaintiff Hakan Senalan brings this lawsuit against several corrections officers at the Lake County Jail, and Senalan also names the Lake County Sheriff and the Lake County Sheriffs Office, alleging violations of his constitutional rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.1 R. 29, Second Am.
