DUNAGAN, Chief Justice.

This is a suit brought by appellees (plaintiffs) in trespass to try title. Appellants (defendants) answered by plea of not guilty and other defensive pleas not involved on this appeal. The case was tried to the court without the aid of a jury. Judgment was entered for the plaintiffs. No findings of fact or conclusions of law were filed, and no request for such filing was made.
