MURRAH, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The sole question is the validity of a warrantless search and seizure under the Fourth Amendment which protects “[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures . . . and [declares that] no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be…
