In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Satterfield, J.), entered August 2, 2006, which, upon an *815order of the same court dated June 19, 2006 granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment, dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that on the Court’s own motion, the notice of appeal from the order is deemed a notice of appeal from the judgment 0see CPLR 5512 [a]); and it is further,
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed; and it is further,
Ordered that one bill of costs is awarded to the respondents.
