Plaintiffs filed a three-count Complaint (Plaintiffs’ First Amended Petition), on July 1, 1981, seeking a judgment against the Defendants jointly and severally for damages incurred as a result of the breach of three contracts by the Debtor, Modern Textile, Inc., and the written guaranty of Debtor’s performance under, those contracts by Defendants, P.M.
