Appellants G. W. Warnecke Corporation in No. 78-1493 and George W. Warnecke in No. 78-1623 appeal from two adverse judgments in the district court on Warnecke’s claims against Laclede Gas Company (Lac-lede) for breach of an implied warranty of fitness and breach of a maintenance contract in connection with three natural gas-fired reciprocating engines which provided power to a building owned by Warnecke. 1 In No. 78-1493, Warnecke claims error in the dismissal of its counterclaim against Laclede on the latter’s action to secure payment for services rendered under…
