Pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, plaintiff Angela M. Beck has moved for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against defendants to order the Federal Bureau of Prisons through its officers and employees in their official capacities to provide her with immediate urgent medical care to treat her breast cancer and to avoid the irreparable harm of the further spread of her disease and the potential loss of her life.
