Catherine Schreck sues Reliance Standard Life Insurance under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. Ms. Schreck claims that Reliance Standard unlawfully denied her benefits under her husband’s life insurance policy. See Complaint [D.E. 1] (June 14,1999).
