Appeal from St. Louis City Circuit Court. — Hon. Eugene McQuillen, Judge. (1) The orders in question contemplated that the McKee-Jeannette Glass Works was to manufacture the glassware in Pennsylvania and ship it to St. Louis. It was interstate commerce and the Missouri statutes could have no affect upon it without infringing upon the power of Congress to regulate interstate commerce.
