Action by appellee.against appellant township, to recover damages for alleged failure <jf appellant to carry out a contract entered into by the parties, whereby appellee agreed to teach in the public schools of appellant township, in such building, room and such grade or grades as should be designated by appellant for the term of eight months, commencing September 14, 1925.

Upon a trial of the case, the court by special findings found against appellant, stated its conclusions of law and rendered judgment against appellant in the sum of $882.
