HOFFMAN, JUSTICE.

Plaintiff, Max Olinger, was awarded a verdict in the sum of $30,000 against the defendants, The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, and its manager, Eddie G-raves, for personal injuries received when he slipped and fell while patronizing the store of the defendant, The Great Atlantic and Pacific- Tea Company.
