I. Introduction
On February 24, 2010, plaintiff Iron Mountain Information Management, Inc. (“Iron Mountain”) filed a two count complaint (# 1) naming as parties defendant Viewpointe Archive Services, LLC (‘Viewpointe”) and Allan Congrave (“Congrave” or “the defendant”).
