Union Free School District No. 12 lies partially in the Village of Malverne, Lynbrook, Rockville Centre, West Hemp-stead and the Town of Hempstead and is known as the Malverne School District, which operates a school system containing three neighborhood elementary schools, maintaining classes from kindergarten through the fifth grade, as follows: (1) Woodfield Road School [Wood-field School]; (2) Lindner Place School [Lindner School]; and (3) Davison Avenue School [Davison School].
