On November 18, 1980, the defendant in this matter, Patricia Easterly Talbot, along with her husband, filed a voluntary petition seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code. A complaint to determine the dischargeability of a particular debt, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523, was filed by the plaintiff in this matter, Louisiana National Bank of Baton Rouge, hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”, on March 17, 1981.
