This was a bill in equity, brought by Harriet Bailey and William Bailey, Jr., wherein the first named claims dower in certain premises in Saybrook, McLean county, and the other complainant seeks to review certain proceedings of the circuit court of McLean county, and for partition of the premises. The defendants answered the bill, and William H.
