AND NOW, this 18th day of November, 1997, upon consideration of Defendant’s Pro Se Motion to Dismiss Indictment and/or Charges, Defendant’s Memorandum of Law in Support of Defendant Archer’s Pro Se Motion to Dismiss Because of Violation of the Speedy Trial Act, and Government’s Brief in Support of Dismissal of Complaint and Count Four of Indictment Without Prejudice, and after hearing the matter, it is hereby ORDERED that the Complaint and Count Four of the indictment are DISMISSED without prejudice.
