OPINION AND ORDER

FUSTE, District Judge.

This is an appeal from a bankruptcy court order. This court has jurisdiction over it under 28 U.S.C. § 158(a). The appeal presents the question of whether the signature of one spouse on a promissory note establishing a loan makes her personally liable for a debt as a co-debtor 1 when her spouse files for bankruptcy under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
