Appeal from chancery court of Leflore county. Hon. Joe May, Chancellor. Suit by Mrs. Hannah L. Coulson against Floyd A. Stevens. From a decree dismissing an original bill, plaintiff appeals. The evidence conclusively'showsi that the words “or bearer” were inserted in the note by the stenographer of the Coulson Lumber Company at the bank cashier’s request, and that neither had any authority to do so; and the complainant, Mrs. Coulson, had no knowledge of this change.
