1Opinion of the Court

JANE P. WISEMAN, Chief Judge.

T1 Claimant, Mark Shapiro, seeks review of an order of a three-judge panel of the Workers' Compensation Court affirming the decision of the trial court finding that his motion to reopen was barred by the statute of limitations. After review of the record and pertinent law, we find the trial court correctly held that Claimant's motion to reopen his neck claim was untimely. Accordingly, we sustain the order of the three-judge panel of the Workers' Compensation Court, which affirmed the decision of the trial court.
