¶ 1. We review the report and recommendation of the referee, Attorney Christine Harris Taylor, that Attorney James W Frisch be publicly reprimanded for his professional misconduct and that ho costs be assessed against him. Neither Attorney Frisch nor the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) appealed from the referee's report and recommendation so our review has proceeded pursuant to SCR 22.17(2).1 Having fully reviewed the matter, we agree that a public reprimand is an appropriate level of discipline for Attorney Frisch's misconduct.
