MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

SHUBB, District Judge.

The parties are again before the court on defendants’, Centex Corporation (“Centex”) and Centex Construction Products, Inc. (“CXP”), motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2). 1 A hearing on the motion was originally held on November 7, 1994. At that time the court granted plaintiffs additional time to conduct further discovery relating to jurisdiction over the defendants.
