This is a contest for the possession of a piano between a chattel mortgagee upon the one side and a firm claiming a subsequent boarding-house keeper’s lien upon the other side. The trial court held that the boarding-house keeper’s lien was paramount, and the chattel mortgagee seeks to reverse the judgment upon this appeal.
