It is alleged in the bill of complaint that the complainants are citizens of the state of New Mexico; that the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fé Railway Company is a corporation of the state of Kansas, and a resident and citizen of that state; that *509the other defendants are each residents and citizens of the state of Arizona.
