ORDER RE: COMPLAINT TO DENY DISCHARGE

The above captioned matter came on for hearing on July 15,1998 for Oral Arguments. Habbo Fokkena appeared as Chapter 7 Trustee. Michael Dunbar appeared on behalf of Debtors George and Rose Tripp. After the presentation of arguments by counsel, the Court took the matter under advisement.
