Both accused were convicted by gen-* eral court-martial of unpremeditated murder and sentenced to be dishonor-, ably discharged from the service, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be confined at hard labor for twenty-five years. The convening authority approved the findings and sentence as to each accused, and a board of review has affirmed.
