Petitioner appeals by delayed leave granted from the circuit court order denying its motion in limine. We reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Petitioner charged respondent with second-degree criminal sexual conduct (esc n), MCL 750.520c(l)(a), alleging that respondent had engaged in sexual contact with a person less than thirteen years of age.
