Respondent appeals as of right an order of disposition entered following delinquency proceedings in the Marquette Circuit Court, Family Division. Respondent and two corespondents were alleged to have engaged in conduct tantamount to second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520c(l)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(l)(a), with younger boys, ages four to six years old. Following a joint trial in January 1998, 1 the jury found that respondent, and both corespondents, had committed one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
