This was an action to recover upon a policy of life insurance. The appeal is from an order overruling plaintiff’s demurrer to defendant’s answer.
The petition alleged that about March 6 or February 3, 1941, defendant issued to Ellis J. McKanna its policy of insurance in the sum of $1,000, a copy of which was attached to the. petition and made a part thereof; that the insured complied with the terms and conditions of the policy during his lifetime; that the insured designated the plaintiff, Gertrude E.
