This is a securities fraud case arising from Defendants’ statements regarding the clinical trials of their cancer treatment products, “DCVax®.” Lead Plaintiffs Neil Pastel and Franklin Greer (“Plaintiffs”) bring this putative class action against Defendants Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (“NW Bio” or “the Company”) and CEO Linda F.
