This action was brought to enjoin the defendant, Northbrook Sports Club, from violating section 24 of the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 111½, par. 1024), and creating a public nuisance. Upon the defendant’s motion to dismiss, the trial court granted the motion on the ground that the complaint failed to state a cause of action and dismissed the suit with prejudice. The plaintiff filed motions to vacate the judgment and for leave to file an amended complaint. Both motions were denied.
