The plaintiffs brought this action seeking damages for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unfair trade practices, interference with contractual relations, and violation of the plaintiff Robert J. Cronin’s civil rights. One of the claims is that the defendant defamed the plaintiff Robert J.
