ESCHBACH, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Allen Young of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and of attempted possession with intent to distribute approximately one kilogram of cocaine, violations of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. Young filed two motions for a new trial, both of which the district court denied. Young appeals and raises four issues before this Court. He argues that the district court erred in denying his motion for a new trial based on newly discovered evidence.
