Ralph Chavous Duke appeals from a final order entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota denying his motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 for federal post-conviction relief. United States v. Duke, No. 4-98-Civ. 10 (D.Minn. Aug. 16, 1993) (Order).
