This action was begun in this court. State of Nebraska ex rel. Attorney General, is the only plaintiff, and the Secretary of State, the Auditor of Public Accounts, the State Treasurer, the Governor, and each of the seven members of the Supreme Court are the only defendants. The plaintiff asks for a declaratory judgment that will determine the duties of the first three defendants above named, and the rights and duties, if any, of the other eight defendants under chapter 345 of Session Laws of Nebraska, 1947.
