On April 21, 1998, Plaintiff Ann’s Trading Company, Inc. filed a Motion To Show Cause And Memorandum Of Law and a Request For An Emergency Hearing On Its Motion For An Order To Show Cause And For Entry Of An Order To Shorten The Period Of Time For The Defendant To Respond To This Request And The Complaint. The Motion was heard telephonically by the Court on April 22, 1998. At the hearing the Court denied immediate relief to Plaintiff, set the matter for an evidentiary hearing the following week, and ordered Plaintiffs counsel to show cause why…
