DALY, J.

The plaintiff appeals from the judgment rendered by the trial court after the granting of the defendant’s motion to strike the plaintiffs complaint. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly determined that his cause of action did not fall within the purview of the motor vehicle exception to the workers’ compensation exclusivity rule. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
