OPINION

FOWLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of James A. Collins, Leonard D. Ellis, M. Bruce Thaler, George R. Pierson, Timothy L. Massey, and Erik Burse, appellees. Terrence Spellmon (“Spellmon”), appellant, an inmate of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice — Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), filed suit against appellees alleging he was falsely charged with a disciplinary case for conspiring to create a disturbance.
