OPINION

TATUM, Judge.

The defendants, Dean Edward Foote and Robert Lee, Jr., appeal convictions for armed robbery. By three indictments, the defendants were charged with victimizing three employees of Church’s Fried Chicken by armed robbery. The defendant, Foote, was found guilty of one offense for which his punishment was fixed at 30 years in the State penitentiary. Lee was convicted of two offenses with punishment fixed at 30 years in the penitentiary for each offense.
