OPINION

WADE, Judge.

The defendant, Roger D. Oody, appeals as of right his conviction for first degree murder. Although the state sought the death penalty, a term of life imprisonment was ordered. The term is consecutive to the sentences the defendant is serving for prior convictions.

In addition to his challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence, the defendant presents 11 issues for our review:(1) whether the trial court should have granted defense counsel’s motion to withdraw due to a conflict of interest;(2) whether the trial court should have granted the defendant’s motion for permission to…
