This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment in favor of defendants. The complaint consisted of three causes of action. General demurrer to the first and second causes of action was sustained and plaintiff, declining to plead further though time was allowed therefor, suffered judgment of dismissal to be entered against it as to those causes of action.
