FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

This is a successive appeal of Harold Story’s criminal conviction and sentencing for drug-related offenses. Story was originally convicted of four offenses: (1) conspiracy to distribute cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & 846; (2) use or carrying of firearms during the commission- of a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c); (3) continuing criminal enterprise (“CCE”), in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848; and (4) distribution of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
