Plaintiff Cathy T. DiPaulo (“DiPaulo”) sues John Potter in his representative capacity as Postmaster General of the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) alleging gender discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16 (2006), and mental disability discrimination under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. §§ 791, 794(a) (2006).
